Right of withdrawal for paid metaFox.online subscriptions

This information applies to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) who purchase a paid subscription to metaFox.online (the “Service”).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract (when the paid subscription is concluded).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Special notice for digital services

The Service is a digital service (software as a service) to which you may obtain immediate access after conclusion of the contract.

If you expressly agreed at the time of conclusion that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirmed that you are aware you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us, your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.

Such consent may be obtained during the order process (e.g. before completing Stripe checkout).
