Accessibility Statement
Accessibility statement for metaFox.online Last updated: 13.07.2026
metaFox GmbH is committed to making its website and web application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to the marketing website and the metaFox.online web app.
As a microenterprise, metaFox GmbH is currently exempt from the service obligations of the German Accessibility Improvement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG, § 3 (3)). We nevertheless publish this statement voluntarily and work towards full conformance.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549. The website and web app are partially conformant: most content meets the standard, with the known exceptions listed below.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas are not yet fully accessible:
- Interactive whiteboards (canvas): Session whiteboards are built on the third-party TLDraw canvas. Drawing and manipulating shapes on the canvas is not fully operable with a keyboard or screen reader. The surrounding controls (toolbars, board navigation, task lists) are keyboard-accessible, and we track upstream accessibility improvements.
- Video captions: Some marketing and introduction videos do not yet have closed captions. We are adding captions progressively; purely decorative background videos are hidden from assistive technology.
- Newsletter sign-up: The newsletter form is embedded from a third-party provider (SendPulse) whose internal markup we cannot modify. A directly accessible alternative is available via our contact options below.
- Legal documents in French, Dutch and Spanish: Some legal texts are currently only available in English or German. The page indicates the language of the content.
