Privacy built in
- Our video provider LiveKit is set to its EU data region (Frankfurt).
- For participants in the EU, audio and video run through servers in Germany or France.
- Audio and video are encrypted in transit. Calls are not recorded unless everyone agrees, and the chat is not stored.
- Your boards, notes and client records never pass through the video provider; they are stored in the EU.
