No sharing, no selling
We earn from subscriptions, never from your data or your clients'.
Clients don't need an account
They open your session link in the browser. An account of their own is optional, for example to look back at past sessions. For very sensitive cases you can also work with initials only and without an email address.
Recording only with consent
Calls are never recorded automatically. If you start a recording, it begins only once everyone has agreed. It is deleted automatically after 90 days.
You stay in control
You can permanently delete clients with all their sessions, materials and notes at any time, and export your boards.
AI: optional and transparent
Coaching stays human to human. We don't send your boards or session notes to any AI service.
- We use AI only as an optional writing aid: for suggestions in Values Discovery and for report drafts in the Assessment Center. Both work without AI too.
- Our AI provider is Mistral AI from Paris.
- AI makes no decisions and gives no ratings. A person always reviews and approves report drafts, and they are labelled as AI-assisted.

Use of the online platform metaFox.online
For our sessions I use the coaching platform metaFox.online by metaFox GmbH (Carl-Spitzweg-Str. 61, 90768 Fürth, Germany). There we work together on a digital whiteboard and, where needed, hold video calls. Your name (or initials), your content on the whiteboard and my session notes are stored. Creating your own account on the platform is optional.
The data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit, not sold to third parties and not used for advertising. Video calls are only recorded if you explicitly agree beforehand; recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days.
