Booking and billing stay in your admin tool. For the session itself, you open metaFox.online: video, board and method cards in one place, and your client joins without an account.

    Send the link

    Your client books as usual. You copy the invite link of your metaFox session and send it along, for example in the booking confirmation. Your client joins through the waiting room, no account needed.

    Work together live

    You see each other on video right next to the board. You place picture cards, values cards or figures on the board, then move and group them together.

    Keep the result

    The session stays saved, and the next appointment picks up where you left off. Send your client a PDF or the board link; invoices and follow-up appointments stay in your admin tool.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use metaFox.online together with Paperbell or another admin tool?

Yes. Booking, contracts and payments stay in your admin tool, and the session itself happens in metaFox.online. You send your client the session's invite link in advance. According to its FAQ, Paperbell accepts the URL of any video platform, so that is where the link to your metaFox session can go.

Does metaFox.online have a booking feature?

Not today. metaFox.online has client management and saves the history of your sessions, but no booking, invoices, payments or contracts. metaFox.online will also support running your practice in the future. You can tell us on this page what matters most to you.

Do I still need Zoom next to metaFox.online?

Not for the session. The video call is built into metaFox.online right next to the board, and your client joins with a link. Simply.Coach, Paperbell, CoachAccountable and Delenta connect to video tools such as Zoom or Google Meet; Coaching.com has its own video call.

Does my client need an account?

Not in metaFox.online: one link is enough, no account and nothing to install. In the tools on this page, your client has their own portal: in Paperbell with an email address and a one-time code, in the others with their own account.

What does metaFox.online cost by comparison?
