When CAI® World is the better choice

CAI® World is the better choice if you want a very wide toolbox: more than 75 tools, and from CAI® Coach Medium the System Board 3D with animals, symbols, animated elements and changes of perspective. The same goes if you bring coaching, leadership and training together on one platform, with editions such as CAI® Leader and CAI® Trainer, or if you need the platform as a white label with your own web address and design (an optional add-on).

If your data should stay in Switzerland, or you are a member of the DBVC or ICF Germany, the choice of server location and the association discounts also speak for CAI® World.

    Start blank or from a template in the library, for example for a first session or a vision picture.

    You pick picture, values or strengths cards, place them on the board, then move and group them. For systems, you place figures on the constellation board.

Does metaFox.online have a constellation board like the System Board 3D?

metaFox.online has a constellation board with a wooden look: you and your client place figures and move them, live on the board. The System Board 3D in CAI® World is three-dimensional, with animals, symbols, animated elements and changes of perspective; it is included from CAI® Coach Medium. If you need exactly that, CAI® World is the better choice.

Do my clients need an account?

Not in metaFox.online: your client joins with a link, with no account and nothing to install. CAI® World offers the same in ad-hoc sessions, where guests join through a waiting room. For group sessions where clients also work between appointments, CAI® World gives them a free account of their own.

How does my client get the result of the session?

In metaFox.online, you create a PDF of the session in one click or send the link to the board. In CAI® World, you print the session to PDF through the browser's print dialog, optionally with the chat, and export single tools as PNG images. Clients with their own account can also see the results there, right in the session.

Where is the data stored?

With metaFox.online, the database and the app run in data centers in Frankfurt (Germany); video calls run through LiveKit's EU region in Frankfurt. Details are in our privacy policy. With CAI® World, you choose between servers in Germany and Switzerland, according to the vendor; running it in your own IT is also possible.
